Who Runs This Website
This website is run by Aura Key Realty, a real estate team. Aura Key Realty is a team, not a brokerage. Real estate transactions are conducted through RE/MAX EXCELLENCE REAL ESTATE, BROKERAGE, the registered brokerage the team works under.
We are not Royal Pine Homes, the builder of Arbor Grove. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean the Aura Key Realty team, and "you" means anyone using this website.
This policy covers this website only. It sits alongside the Aura Key Realty privacy policy, the RE/MAX Excellence privacy policy, which covers transaction records held by the brokerage, and the RE/MAX privacy notice.
What We Collect
- What you enter in the registration form: your first and last name, email address and phone number. If you book a call, the time you pick and anything you add to the booking.
- Your consent choice, with the time it was given and the page it was given on, so we can show that you agreed to hear from us.
- How you reached the page, such as the advertisement or campaign you clicked (for example, utm and gclid values in the web address).
- Basic technical information your browser sends, such as device type, pages viewed and internet address.
- What you tell us by phone, text or email. Calls with the Aura Key Realty team are recorded for training and accuracy. Tell us at the start of a call if you would rather not be recorded.
Why We Use It
- To send you the Arbor Grove price list, floor plans and launch updates you asked for.
- To contact you about Arbor Grove and similar new homes, where you have agreed to that.
- To provide real estate services if you choose to work with us.
- To understand which advertisements and pages bring people who register, so we can improve them.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Consent and Marketing Messages
We send marketing emails and texts only with your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box in the form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Every marketing message identifies us, gives our mailing address and tells you how to stop further messages. To stop them, use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to a text (handled by our team), or call 647-905-0370.
Who We Share It With
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only:
- With our team and authorized staff at RE/MAX EXCELLENCE REAL ESTATE, BROKERAGE.
- With the service providers that run this website and our records: our form and booking providers (NeetoForm and NeetoCal), our customer records and email system (Follow Up Boss, a Zillow company) and the analytics and advertising tools listed below.
- With the builder, Royal Pine Homes, only when you ask us to register you with them or arrange an appointment for you.
- With professionals you bring into a purchase, such as your lawyer or mortgage broker.
- With regulators, law enforcement or a court, where the law requires it.
Where It Is Stored
Some of these providers, including Follow Up Boss and the Google and Meta advertising tools, are based in the United States.
Information stored there may be accessed by the courts, law enforcement and national security authorities of that country under its laws. We protect information sent to providers through our agreements with them.
Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
This website uses or may use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and the results of our advertising. These tools set cookies in your browser. There is no cookie consent banner and no chat assistant on this website.
To limit tracking, you can:

How Long We Keep It
Registration and marketing contacts are kept until you ask us to remove them. If you become a client, transaction and identity records are kept for the periods required by Ontario real estate rules and federal anti-money-laundering rules.

We may need to confirm your identity first, and we respond within thirty days. Deletion is handled manually by our team, so allow a little time for it to reach every system. Records the law requires us to keep cannot be deleted.
Please do not send identity documents or banking details through the form or to a general inbox. If you become a client, your agent will tell you how to provide them safely.
Who This Website Is For
This website is meant for adults in Ontario and elsewhere in Canada, excluding Quebec. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
